Very well furnished and quiet unit with a/c. Great location of the hotel, right by the canal and train station, and the Grand Canal from the Santa Lucia train station. Plenty of food options around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue🙂

Booked a standard king room with a/c. The people working in the hotel were excellent. The location was unbeatable, in a Venetian neighborhood rather than a touristy area, convenient to go everywhere.

Attractive and clean place. Breakfast with the view on the garden. Double room with ample bathroom, large windows and great views. Fantastic, amazing location in Venice, next to the bus stop at Piazzale Roma, a pleasant base for exploring Venice, water taxis and the train station and the bus plaza. Also, on an almost private square along the canal.

The hotel was fairly clean based in a historic style building with very competent staff. I ate at a good restaurant for breakfast. City view was an unexpected bonus. The location in a cute area was perfect and comfortable and there were a small market and small markets nearby. There was Panini Lampo nearby to grab something to eat.

location was decent, i loved impeccable staff and ideal rooms. food was good, reasonably priced. the bed was very spacious and it was great having adequate storage and electric outlets. the pool bar in the hotel had plenty of free mineral juices and beers throughout the day. there were restaurants and bars right by the place.
